“Mr Rochelle refinished our floors (oak, and reclaimed pine out of the Cape Fear River). Not only was he affordable and did a great job on the refinish, but they left the house very clean after their work! I have found it challenging to find competent contractors, with a good work ethic, but I would definitely use Rochelle the Floor Man again!Also, I would like to add that the one ☆ review by Mr. Kobell is not relevant to Mr. Rochelle's workmanship/professionalism/integrity. The review appears to be based on possible road rage? And, out of the 51 reviews that Mr Kobell has written, 44 are 1☆. I don't think that Mr. Rochelle's reputation should be affected by that. Please consider that when you're deciding whether to hire Rochelle the Floorman.“

“Update on review:Pros: Andrew cares about his customers and wants them to get the best value for their home. He's a great guy that means well but I think he is easily distracted with everything and a bit disorganized.Cons: After a couple of weeks I started noticing damages to my walls, nails still sticking out from the quarter rounds, and the kicker below my garage door came undone. Most likely from the dolly moving my washer and dryer in and out. There was also a 1 inch piece of flooring right under the quarter round that started to come up within the week. We got our floors done on August 28th. It is now November 6, and wheneverr I reach out or attempt to schedule a time for them to come, I get the run around and excuses as to when they'll be able to come repair.Overall the floors are great, although if I did reccomend to my neighbors and friends who are looking to redo their floors , I would encourage them do a thorough inspection of where they worked and make sure the problems are addressed before payment“
