I met with Dr. Luchetti for the first time on 2/12. He was very friendly and professional. He explained my situation thoroughly and laid out the treatment options available. I feel very comfortable with his knowledge and abilities to treat my ailment.

Dr. Messer is very thorough- he takes time to address issues and records his notes for review, which I never see done by a Dr. I feel like I'm in good, knowledgeable hands. The nurses and staff are friendly. I did have to wait a while but since I got my appt. Quickly no complaints. You get what you what pay for..good service.

Great practice! From the time you enter to the very end the staff is extremely professional and pleasant.This was my first time at this practice which had been recommended by my PCP. Dr Luchetti was very knowledgeable and explained my arthritis in my right thumb very well.Thank you

Raleigh Hand to Shoulder Center has treated patients with conditions of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder for over 30 years. We care for patients of all ages with hand, elbow, and shoulder problems. Our practice combines the experience of 6 fellowship-trained orthopedic hand and upper extremity surgeons, occupational and physical therapists. All the physicians are dual board-certified or eligible in orthopedic and hand surgery
