We started with physical therapy (Erin) about a month ago. She is amazing! My daughter is a runner and has had knee pain. We have seen orthopedics and PT's prior and tell her they don't know what's wrong, we can do exploratory surgery, give her a few exercises and ask why she wants to run that much anyway. Erin listened to my daughter, looked at the way she ran, tested her strength and developed a plan to get her back up and running. My daughter is now running pain free and getting stronger everyday! So happy we found Impact!! Great office staff who are a pleasure to talk to and who are so very helpful. Great experience with this office all around.

Dr Jones exceeded my expectations. Factual, open, shares option clearly and a very effective surgery and physical therapy experience. Oh, and very efficient with my time... a well run practice all in all.

I can't say enough about Dr. Jones and his team. He has performed two successful surgeries on me, one on my knee and one on my elbow. He's everything a surgeon should be in my opinion. He's conservative and will exhaust every possible non surgical solution before recommending going under the knife. This is rare in today's healthcare practice. He's very personable and truly listens to you and your treatment expectations. He gets to know you as an individual and tailor a plan that is meant to fit your lifestyle needs.
