“I just want to say that Donna Anderson was the person that finally figured out exactly what my son was diagnosed with he was diagnosed with autism he has ADHD he had been suffering in silence from a doctor that did not care about him from being de behavioral she has been the best doctor to have known for 7 years while anybody would try to get her in trouble for medication that they are not prescribed I don't know but she sure shouldn't have her license taken and she sure should not be in the review I think it's absurd that people would do something to a great doctor and say that she isn't caring shes been my sons saver and I need her to know shes appreciated i thank you for your time and the love u have shown my whole family“

Firstly, I went to the building across HT near the intersection of “Manly Way”, but the signs did not indicate “Rex Digestive Care”, only, “urgent care”, cancer center, and MRI center. The bldg with the same “11200” was the same and confusing.The wonderful, polite, delightful, Lady working at the desk upon my arrival with the sandy blonde/brown hair you were great. Sorry didn’t get your name. You were the specialist (main door entry) at the rehabilitation care unit and helped me so much in getting re-oriented to the correct building/direction. Thank you!!@ The main office “digestive care”, 11200 Manly Way, Raleigh, NC, (Ste. 200), Dr.M. Dixon McCay’s staff was tremendous in their support.1. The customer service specialist at the front counter was amazing (wearing glasses, & pink/purple, I believe). You were delightful, thoughtful, and sweet! Thank you. (Sorry, didn’t get your name). My appointment time will show staff in the area for all comments.2. Dr. McKay’s nurse “Reindeer”, she was wonderful, delightful, and pleasurable. Thank you for your patience, help, and understanding.3. “Fluery” - Phlebotomist -lab 112, I believe your last name was “Rhodes” if I’m correct. Thank you so much for being able to accommodate me by taking blood where I’m most comfortable, as well as being able to be so good at it that it was almost painless. I have a phobia of bloodwork and you’re the best of doing it for me, didn’t even faint, she was able to get it the first time and was quick. I have small veins so she also didn’t have to do it multiple times or blow through my vein those cases have been painful. Please be my future phlebotomist for future blood work (lol ;). More nurses & phlebotomist needs your skills. “Personable” and someone who has multiple skill sets to take blood for patients with phobias and need it painless, quick as possible.” Thank you ;) !!!4. “I am dealing with a really complicated number of problems concerning the health of my intestinal tract. I have been very afraid of going to the doctor because I honestly thought there might not be a doctor out there that would be understanding about what I have dealt with for so many years. Dr. Hira was extremely compassionate and very knowledgeable, and she treated me in a way that left my dignity in tact. She made me feel very comfortable, and I could tell I was in good hands.“

“I saw Dr. Drechsler at the Wakefield office. The front desk staff was warm and receptive. The paperwork was simple. I arrived 30 minutes prior to the appointment and after I completed the paperwork the nurse brought me back to do vitals. The nurse was friendly and efficient. My appointment was scheduled for 4pm and Dr. Drechsler walked into the appoinment room promptly at 4pm. Dr. Drechler was friendly, thorough, knowledgable, and took an appropriate and sufficient amount of time with me. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who is looking to establish with a physician.“

“Dr. Guevara (my apologies if I spelt her name wrong) was terrific!! I was a new patient and I felt like she really took the time to get to know me. I didn’t feel rushed and after my appointment, I felt satisfied that all of my concerns/questions (and then some were addressed).The only thing I’m not a fan of (and has nothing to do with Dr.G) is the call center. When I checked out, I realized I didn’t schedule a follow up so calling back was a little difficult. I wish I was able to call directly to the clinic but other than that, everybody was very nice and helped the best they could so thank you!“

“Knocked off a star for the attitude/lack of clarity in communication many of the nurses have. The two doctors I've had (Dr. Alvarez and Dr. Runkle) were nothing short of the first OBGYNs I felt actually listened so I'd highly recommend them. The nurses, though, are a gamble as to what you'll get. Some are fine and others are not as thorough in communication as they ought to be and others are downright snappy and need a review of basic manners, empathy, and client communication. They also need to standardize answers and pay attention to what they say because I've heard different things from different nurses and had the same nurse communicate different things to what they had previously communicated. It's quite confusing and I wouldn't put up with such rigmarole if it weren't for the outstanding care, compassion, and aptitude of the doctors. I definitely get that healthcare is a tough field, particularly nowadays, but if you can't have even an ounce of bedside manner, go into another field.Updating after an awful experience with a lab tech: I am self pay right now and went in to have blood drawn for 3 tests. She stated that "I should've told her way ahead of time that I only needed 3 and not all the ones the doctor ordered" when I didn't realize that was my responsibility and not the nurse's/doctor's? Then she didn't take checks which I hadn't been notified of beforehand and she was huffy and seemed upset the whole visit like it was my fault I didn't have insurance. I would see of LabCorp could send another tech that actually has professionalism.“
