I really enjoyed the personal approach to the visit. Everyone was very professional but I like the way that the time was taken to actually try to get to know you as they were explaining their processes and procedures. I would definitely reccomend Oak Street to friends and family as I intend to make them my primary!

Knowledgeable, patience, addressed my needs and I found the staff was awesomely great. Provided transportation to get me home safely and the driver was cordial and was a great driver

I was well pleased with my care given me.I I am now a patient. I had blood work, and the Nurse who too my blood listened to me wen I told her about taking my blood. I am glad that I choose this site..
