Fantastic service- My heat pump wasn't working on this very chilly day- I put in a call to ultra air and they had a technician deployed to my house within 20 minutes. Gerardo, the technician, was very respectful, quick, and helpful. He had the part on hand and was able to immediately repair it, and within 30 minutes my heat was back on.
