I had my first appointment there a few days ago, and the staff there was great. Jessica was so patient and helpful, and a delight to work with. Dr. Davis explained what was going on with my eyes in full detail so I was able to understand, and I really appreciate it. I wouldn't hesitate in going back to this location.

Debra assisted me today in making a same-day appointment, which I truly appreciated. I came into the office as a new customer for this location and had an awesome experience. I needed an emergency pair of lenses, as I had lost mine, and Gina, the Assistant Manager, gladly obliged and even gave me a few extra goodies to help me save some money. She is wonderful!!!My wait time was minimal before being seen by Dr. Mitchell. The glasses that I picked out were super cute, in my opinion, and very affordable. It's always a pleasure when your doctor's visit doesn't break the bank, as I was a self-pay (no vision insurance). The entire staff at this location did not disappoint....read full review

Confirmed my appointment the same day I scheduled online. Was seen within the same week. I was there maybe 45 mins for glasses and contact exam seen by Dr. Mitchell. They accept walk-in’s also while taking appointments. It’s a very busy location so it’s understandable if you wait longer than you expected to. Jessy made the check out process quick.
