He is gifted and creative, envisioning or bringing out one's best qualities. A charming, humorous man. His wife Julie is also sought after for her skills honed over more than 40 years. There may be a wait to get a booking but definitely worth it. They work from their home nestled in the peaceful outskirts of Penrose. A home surrounded with organic herbs and various gardens that rightfully offer a Rapture and Organic experience.“

“Yesterday was my first time going to Designer's. I saw Wendy Clayton for my hair appointment. I have followed her from place to place for 1-1/2 years cause she knows her stuff. 1-1/2 years ago she was at Bliss Salon. Last year she had her own salon, Pin Curls. Now she's at Designer's. Before the very first appointment she asked what I wanted. After I told her she asked me to send her pictures. I must have sent her 20! And she gave me exactly what I asked for!! My hair is really fine and does NOT hold a perm well. She gives me a double perm and trims my split ends for $65 (plus tip). I will NEVER let anyone else touch my hair!! She is awesome!! Not only is she awesome with hair but she's a really nice person too. ..... The salon seems to be frequented more by the elderly (I'm 38) than anyone else but the staff all seemed friendly.“
