“Carolina Exteriors replaced our old Masonite siding with Hardiplank siding. They also replaced all of our windows and installed new gutters with gutter guards. The house looks great! Communication, in the beginning, was severely lacking with the production manager. He was unresponsive and that was frustrating. It improved greatly once the job started. Our project manager was onsite every day and provided daily updates. Any concerns were addressed quickly. I would and have recommended them to others.“

Travis the sales consultant was on top of everything as well. Everyone was personable, quick, and accurate. They even helped remove rotten framing where they found it. “We recently bought a home that has Window World windows. We were able to purchase/transfer the lifetime warranty for these windows. We are so happy we did! We had a window that didn't stay open and another that did not lock properly. Window World scheduled a technician to come take a look. Dylan was very polite and extremely knowledgeable. He easily fixed our issues and then proceeded to check all the other windows in our home. He found one Window whose frame looked a little rusted. He immediately ordered a replacement, free under warranty, like all of the work he performed. Dylan showed us how to spray the window tracks so the windows would open and close easily. He also taught us the proper way to tilt the windows inward for washing. We had an excellent experience with Dylan, and with Window World in general.“

“It’s really like having a brand-new house! We hired Raleigh Windows & Siding to replace the siding and trim on the exterior of our house. The project manager, Andrew, and his crews did a great job with this project. There were specific work crews for each phase of the project. All were respectful of our property and kept work areas organized when they were gone for the day.The process from original estimate to completion was well coordinated and we were lucky that the siding, paint and gutter crews had good weather to complete the job. Andrew was very helpful in suggesting changes that improved the exterior look. For example, removing the eave vents and upgrading existing crawlspace door with a custom PVC door. The choice of pre-painted wood grain texture LP® SmartSide® trim and siding drew positive comments from our neighbors. All throughout the process, Andrew readily answered all our questions.Being an older home, we did encounter some rot. While most was minor and was easily handled by the crew, more extensive rot was encountered around the chimney (woodpeckers are fine birds but seem to love Masonite). The scope of the repair work was a bit more than the siding crew could handle, so Andrew was able to get a framing carpenter to perform the repair and keep us on track.We very highly recommend the work of Raleigh Windows & Siding.“

Every aspect of working with them was pleasant from the inspection of the roof to assess damage, to the sales staff, to the extremely professional job that they did, and even the clean up at the end of day. I was approached by other companies about 3x a week but was told by a friend to call Feazel. No high pressure sales pitches as I received from others, no squishy contract terms, just honest answers to my questions and a great job. How confident are they with their own work? They give you a 50 year transferable warranty! They took the stress out of a project that was really giving me worry. They charged a little less than another company that offered the same roof (but didn't offer a 50 year warranty), handled the insurance company stuff, and increased my home value by $10 K at least. Don't waste your time with those guys knocking on you door offering discounts for "working in the area", they are scam artists and Feazel are the Pros!“
