I love TEC! I joined The Exercise Coach (TEC) to help me with my new and much needed health journey moving forward. I started TEC shortly after completing a long journey of surgery and recovery, and 6 months of harsh chemo. I was looking for a different and effective way to build up my strength and help me recover through a steady program. All I knew is that if I could commit to an entire 10 month journey with surgery, chemo and radiation, with an additional 18 +/- months of overall recovery, I knew I could commit to a steady resistance training program, and I feel great during and after every session. Love this place! Everyone is super friendly and I love the workouts! I’ve never really worked out before - tried all sorts of gyms and other programs and nothing worked - until The Exercise Coach!

I've been working out here since November 2019 and love it. After a three-month closure due to Covid, they opened back up in July 2020, and I have been going since then during the pandemic. I attend the group training (2-3 people at a time). They require masks when in the studio, clean each machine after it is used/regulary clean the studio in general, and limit the number of attendees to each training session. I feel very safe working out there. I have increase my strength and have more energy with just two, 20-minute workouts/week. The coaches are all great. I mostly work out in the afternoons with the new coach, Alex, who is very personable, enthusiastic, and helpful....read full review
