A huge bonus is that there’s individualized coaching and no waiting for machines. In eight sessions I am already pleased with the improvement in my overall muscle strength and stamina. Typical “gym rats” may want more of an athletic club environment or longer sessions, and more workouts but more is not necessarily any more effective. I’m excited to continue my Exercise Coach regimen in the months to come and appreciate the friendly professionalism of the trainers and the size and location of the studio.“

2521 Schieffelin Road Suite 130, Apex“I absolutely love it here! I have always had back and neck issues from a previous injury, but I've never found a chiropractor that incorporates PT and specializes in athletes until finding Omega Chiro. I'm so thankful my friend referred me because it has made a HUGE difference and I'm feeling so much more flexible in my day-to-day activities. The staff is also super friendly and I always look forward to my appointments! I also love that Dr. Myers sets up a treatment plan for you because he truly wants you to get better rather than making you come back into the office every week.“

2044 Energy Dr, Apex“I first met with Dr. Amy in March and provided her my medical conditions that I have been living with for several years. What captured my attention is she immediately said your drugs are managing your organs but not treating the real problems. After three tests she put me on a program to remove the toxins that were causing my problems. I have stopped taking 2 of my medications and I feel so much better, my overall health is significantly improved, and I am able to eat and drink foods that I could not consume for years. Dr. Amy does a great job diagnosing the problems, providing solutions to my medical issues and not just treating an organ plus she provides research to back up her recommendations. I would highly recommend Dr. Amy to evaluate your overall health and provide solutions to treat the cause not just manage the symptoms!“

She explains things well and seems very concerned with my well-being. Her technique is exceptional, and I feel immediate and lasting relief following my appointments. I would highly recommend Dr. Zahra!“

This has been life changing for myself. I have hashimoto which plays a huge part on brain, lung and liver function. I have lowered my TPO from 302 to 200, so it is a work in progress but I see results! I will see the dentist and keep on consulting with Dr. Allison and John. You will not regret this investment in your health
Thank you so much, Nikie and Dave“

270 Cornerstone Dr STE 101, Cary“I have been receiving neurofeedback therapy from Dr Baric and his staff. Both symptoms of ADD and anxiety and depression have been greatly diminished since I started treatment. My performance at work is vastly improved. I have regained confidence in myself and am in a training program for a next level position in my new career. My mood and outlook have brightened considerably and I have the strength inside of myself to choose life again. Dr Baric is a holistic healer so The issues I have had with gut health and nutritional deficiencies have been addressed and have also shown improvement. I have not had any other physician address the gut brain axis and treat accordingly. Dr is easily accessible to discuss the treatment plan and open to tweaking it if needed. The staff at both offices are truly wonderful and welcoming and professional. I highly recommend Dr Baric for treatment of depression and anxiety (CPTSD in my case) as well as attention and memory concerns. Neurofeedback therapy has likely saved my life.“

6320 Angus Dr # D, Raleigh“I almost don’t want to leave a good review because I want her all to myself but Dr. Foglia is the best chiropractor I’ve ever been to. She’s not your typical crack & go chiro appointment. She actually takes the time to get to know her patients and their problems. Each appointment I leave her better than she found me. Highly recommended!“

900 W Williams St, Apex“I've injured my right knee three times. The first time in 1979 for an MCL tear I was put into a full length cast from top of ankle to top of thigh. Second time in 2018 I had a partial ACL tear, meniscus and MCL injury. Had arthroscopy surgery done, plus physical therapy and rehab took 10 months to recover. I was able to return to snow skiing 11 months after the injury. Third time in 2024 I twisted my knee on a slippery surface and weakened it. Dr. Bob did an x-ray and observed scar tissue and unevenness of my cartilage. Given my previous experience of knee injury 'solutions' and my goal to return to snow skiing in 6 months I chose the non-evasive solution that Dr. Rob recommended. After eight weeks of treatment I returned to my exercise routine that includes a downhill ski machine and body weight exercises. (vshred.com move program). I've been able to do any previous activities, hiking, biking, for the first time mountain biking at age 70, yard chores including raking, shoveling and even removing tree roots. No problems with my knee after Dr. Bob's treatment. That restricting mobilization is not a solution. In my first injury (1979) the atrophy was worse than the injury. Today they would never use the same method of putting an MCL injury in a cast. Having arthroscopic surgery (2018) did help but the recovery was long. After 1 year I was able to return to snow skiing, achieving my previous activity level. Now with Dr. Bob the importance of staying mobile and active plus his non-evasive treatment has shortened the recovery time. The technology and awareness of new methods has improved greatly and I'm thankful for that! I highly recommend Dr. Bob (and Sara his wife) to treat knee injuries. they have been a pleasure to work with and I've added to the current treatment his functional medicine approach. Dr. Bob is a leader in the non-evasive treatment world, and I appreciate his and Sara's excellent care. Others my age are getting knee replacements, I'm going skiing!“

3237 Blue Ridge Rd, Raleigh“I am dealing with a really complicated number of problems concerning the health of my intestinal tract. I have been very afraid of going to the doctor because I honestly thought there might not be a doctor out there that would be understanding about what I have dealt with for so many years. Dr. Hira was extremely compassionate and very knowledgeable, and she treated me in a way that left my dignity in tact. She made me feel very comfortable, and I could tell I was in good hands.“
“Dr.Morris treated me after a car accident, he really made me feel like he cared about my concerns, was willing to teach me how to manage at home & made my injuries so much more manageable. He has a fantastic demeanor & and great sense of humor! Would definitely recommend 10/10.“
