I have been a week without water because of a leak. I had Benjamin Franklin plumbing come out and they quoted me 2400 to 3700 to fix my leak. I called Josephs to get a second quote. He asked a lot of thorough questions and quoted me over the phone 200 to 500. I was skeptical and asked him to come look just to be sure. He came out that same day, fixed it within an hour and charged me 240. He didn't try to do anything extra or charge some outrageous price. I would highly recommend him to anybody!

After a hard freeze, some of my pipes burst and I required emergency plumbing services. The plumber came, did some repairs and after turning the water back on more issues presented. He said a new pressures valve was needed. I asked what the cost would be. $350. A job that took less than 40 minutes. He knew we had a baby in the house and needed water. Beware of this plumbing service. Scalping during an emergency is not ok.

Joe has done diagnosis and repair, new bath install and emergency work for us. Knowledgeable, professional, efficient and always upbeat. Does excellent work for a very fair price. And fixed the cheapo work prior owner had done. He also communicates well and shows up.Services: Plumbing pipe repair
