They made repairs and installed a new toilet and tackled a tough sink problem. They did great! John was a trooper. Very helpful. Great communication with arrival times and plans for repair.

Mr. Burns was prompt and courteous in handling my plumbing issue. We had a cast iron pipe that had corroded over time and was leaking water from the kitchen sink into the basement. Mr. Burns was responsive, provided a timely estimate and showed up when he said he would. My recent experience with contractors of various practices tells me that someone who is at least responsive and shows up to do the work is someone to be valued. He had our plumbing issue fixed in one day and barely stopped to take lunch! He did the work we agreed upon and to date, there are no drainage issues with anything he replaced.
