They both were incredible helpful as I am having trouble with my vision insurance to get am appointment set up , they called the insurance company for me and clarify what was wrong, after I left the place I called the insurance back they told me how Metrolina should submit the claims . I called Metrolina , Kency answered the phone and told me that after I left they had discussed my situation , I told them the outcome of my call with the insurance and an appointment was set up. Thank you Kency and Loraine for going the extra mile.“

I have severe dry eye syndrome and she sent prescriptions for eyedrop to help and no one else has done such a thing to help my eyes.
