“Let me start with the first disaster of a water leak in our home right after we bought it 2017. We had no use of laundry room, kitchen, dining room, master bathroom for 47 days because of another company, we called SERVPRO and they sent out young man Collin Boozer and let me just say life got easier. He showed us that other company had placed fans under our house that were broken eating up our power bill , nothing had dried out and mold was growing, he never said any negative comments about the company just got to work. That night Collin arranged to have fans put in and under the house, ripped all insulation out, sprayed chemicals and repaired everything within days. He also took time to help us with a leak in our attic couple years later. We discovered another leak under bathroom sink 2/20/24 and Collin showed up , today everything has been taken out and been cleaned, the fans are running .
