We had a great experience! Abi and Nani were very prompt, responsive, and professional. They explained the process and were extremely accommodating. If we are unfortunate enough to need a restoration company again in the future, we would definitely call them!
Lamar & Ant were awesome! They explained everything they were doing as they did it, reassured me that its was all pet friendly, courteous, professional and prompt. Couldn't have asked for better.
Sunshine Restoration picked up their phone on a Sunday morning when other 24/7 water damage services didn't. Lamar and Abi came to our home within an hour of calling and were polite, professional, got to work, answered questions and made sure we were taken care of (including running extension cords down to the basement to make sure the drying equipment didn't overload the circuit when we ran the laundry! lots of wet towels we needed to deal with...). You can't beat their service.
