We have used Quality Comfort for over 15 years. Yesterday our a/c quit working, about 5:00 p.m. We called and our technician drove probably 40 miles to check it out. He couldn't get the part from the distributor until this morning but at 10:00 he showed up and worked in the terrible heat to fix it. We always have the a/c and furnace checked each year. They have always been responsive and so nice to work with.

A co-worker referred me to Quality Comfort Heating and Cooling after getting a ridiculous quote from another company here in Charlotte. They came out and gave us a quote that was so affordable and then replaced our a/c and furnace in about 6 hours to get us cool again as soon as possible. They were great! We couldn't be more pleased.
