I cannot say enough good things about this company. This is my third experience with them and I would never call any other company. They are very good at what they do, and very honest. These are men that can be trusted to do their best job (which is excellent) and not try to cheat anyone in the process. This is in contrast to some of the bigger, more highly advertised repair companies who, in my experience, demonstrated a propensity to be shady, and to try and take advantage for the almighty buck.

David and the team were outstanding! I had an issue with the furnace over the weekend, which the unit is new (under a year old). They came out first thing on Monday morning and found the issue! Inspected both the air conditioning and furnace while they were here and all was covered under the warranty. Offered advice moving forward and details on how to maintain until next service. Kind, thorough and honest. Use them!!!!

This is a WONDERFUL, PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and HONEST company! We have called Custom Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning Company of Indian Trail several times over many years and they have been just EXCELLENT every time towards helping to resolve any issues that we were having with our heating/air system. They are very efficient and reasonable in their prices. We will always call this company whenever we experience problems with our heating or air conditioning system! We are SO THANKFUL for this company and the wonderful service they always provide for us!
