I called with a question and when I told them I was on oxygen and just wanted to be reassured that everything was okay with the unit in this horrible heat. The explained everything should be okay but not to hesitate to call back if it reached a certain temp. Well they took it upon themselves to send someone over to just check and make sure the unit was working properly and that I was okay.
