Technician responded quickly to my online inquiry on Memorial Day weekend when we lost A/C at the Avon house. We weren’t sure if they would be available to come out on Memorial Day but they made arrangements to take a look at our unit. Thomas arrived on the exact time and diagnosed/fixed the outside unit under 30 mins. He was honest and very professional about the fix. Hard to come by these days. OBX Air Pros are the BEST! My heat went out and it was cold! They came, at night, and were totally up front. No tricking me into more then I needed. Everything was fully explained to me. No hidden fees. No hidden costs. He fixed everything and I had heat in no time! Has been working perfectly for months since! Highly recommend! They are good people who know what they are doing! Real professionals!
