“We just had another flawless experience from Mr. McGee and the Gentleman Plumber team. Two water heaters reached the end of their useful life and began to give out. The same day we called for help, a technician came to the house, identified the problem and solution options, and coordinated a quote. Due to interior access complications, the work couldn't be done that same day. However, on the next business day, a three-man water heater specialist team (Isaiah, Landon, and Sam) arrived bright and early to replace two heaters. Mr. McGee himself arrived to provide last minute guidance on the complex access issue. A few hours later, the team had completed the job, having extensively prepped the house to prevent damage and having cleaned up so well that there was no evidence of their having been at the home.
