“The number one thing I want from a cleaning service is excellent cleaning. I have been through many many companies who cleaned well for the first one or two times, then not so good. This experience kept happening over and over. Even after I would tell them things they missed, they still wouldn’t clean it the next time.

Now I finally have found a good and consistent cleaning company. We actually started with Carolina Services of the Triad when it was owned by someone else. They have been cleaning my house for over five years. Tiffany and her crew do an amazing job for us every time. We always get Tiffany and her crew, so now we have a relationship with her and it easy to communicate. Any special areas to be addressed, or requests for something new-I can speak to Tiffany directly and show her what needs to be done. This is so much easier than trying to explain it on the phone to someone who then has to pass it on to someone else who may or may not understand the request.

Pricing is very good and in line with other companies. A crew of 2 or 3 comes for my 3,700 sf house so that it only takes 2-3 hours, and not all day.

Lastly- everyone is personable and I trust them. Most importantly, my two dogs (who usually lose their minds and bark their heads off at every single person who comes in our house) are utterly in love with them. The dogs seem to sense they are coming and when they arrive, the dogs turn into the most lovey-dovey sweethearts anyone has ever seen. It is like old friends have come back to visit them. It is the weirdest thing. It makes me so happy.“
