Both Zachery and Bryant were very good at there job. They both went above and beyond. They were very polite and had me look at the rooms when they did a portion of the room. The rugs look amazing. They were very knowledgeable and explained what should be done and why. I would suggest them to family and friends. Thank you so much for making our rugs look good.Thank you again.Happy Holidays

Stanley Steemer customer service is excellent. They arrived at my home on time per their text of ETA! :)Benjamin and Bryant were friendly, courteous and professional.Benjamin explained the process to me and began service at 8:45 am completed 10:15 am. (my carpets needed little extra care) :) gave me little tidbits on keeping my carpet in good shape between cleanings.I had a great experience with Stanley Steemer with my air duct cleaning a week ago and the same is true for my carpets cleaning today.I would recommend Stanley Steemer to anyone.Thank you, Stanley Steemer

Richard and Josh did a great job cleaning the ducts. They were also friendly and courteous. The other people at Stanley Steemer were good to work with as well. When Coy came out to check out the house, he, too, was friendly and courteous.
