I had visited 4 times this week. Out of the 4 times , 2 were excellent. The other 2 times the staff were so unfriendly and unhelpful. I almost felt like I was bothering them. It made the vibe feel really bad for me. I also wish that they had the KBL bed like other locations. STC- please teach your staff to be friendly to people (especially the staff who wear a ton of makeup). Thank you to the other amazing girls!

I don’t normally get spray tans, usually just for special occasions. I bought a deal for two spray tans each for $15 with a plan of using one in August for my honeymoon and one in November for the Marine Corps ball.1st time: I bought into their whole $80 lotion and primer pitch, but the tan came out beautifully and I was really looking forward to my second tan.It’s now November 1st, I go in to get my second tan of this deal, and apparently it expired on October 20th..? Not only can I not use this deal, but she tries to upsell me on MORE “deals” including a spray tan, lotion and primer for $59!?I don’t appreciate the business practices of the business as great...read full review

I've been going here for almost three years and never had a bad experience. Great customer service and good selection of beds and memberships. I also have left my wedding engagement ring more than twice and each time the tanning consultants let me know I had left it in the room. Very honest hardworking consultants! Highly recommend!
