Physical Therapy in Jacksonville

“The therapists here are amazing and have really changed the outlook of the day -to- day for my son. Hailey, Bailey, Brittany and Bre have given me back my son and are teaching him communication and coping skills. I cant say enough good things.

My only complaint is the waiting room is almost always quite dirty, stuff spilled all over the carpet, (i get it, kids make a mess) but often our kids with special needs are rolling around on the floor in a meltdown or tantrum and its pretty yucky. Lastly I'm not sure why there are no toys in the waiting room.. there can be 10 kids in the waiting room at one time and they all try to play with the trashcan because there aren't any toys or books to occupy them before or between appointments. It would be very helpful for the wilting room to be more kid friendly, as some of us have 2-3 appointments at a time and can be here for a couple hours.“

“I don't know why there are less than 5 star reviews on here! It must be disgruntled ex-employees have left negative reviews. I have found that they provide good care, and the activities dept goes above and beyond!
Amy, the director of nursing, is still there and is wonderful to my loved one. The facility could use some updating, but the love shown by the staff outshines any flaws of the building.“
