Excellent physical therapy center. After 6 weeks I can definitely see improvement after a very serious accident left me with serious mobility issues. Be prepared to work hard, but so worth it! And...they will call you if you are late.

Was truly being helped with my balance issues until an episode where I was overworked and experienced a spike in blood pressure and accelerated heart rateLeft therapy and went to ERBlood pressure was 189 over 90 after one hour5 hrs later I was sent home with a prescription No follow up from Axis which I found very disappointing Great therapy from Brad and Brenda

My treatment was great, but please get a receipt for all payments you pay them. My mistake was I paid cash after every visit, and wasn't given receipts all the time. Axis comes back now, and say I owe them for a co-payment from November 2020. I know I paid this, I never left this office without paying. Going to pay again, but just beware to get a receipt after each visit that you have to pay money out of pocket with these people.
