My last HVAC guy retired and I hadn't found a replacement yet. So of course when we arrived home from vacation in the middle of a heat wave our 21-year-oid upstairs unit was dead!
I took a leap of faith based on other reviews and contacted IT Air and they were incredibly responsive. They worked me in to an already busy schedule to try and get the old system running, which unfortunately was at end of life.
While I worked with them on choosing a new system, they brought over a portable unit to make the temp more bearable, and got us on the schedule asap for the installation.
