I would not use this business again they have lost my trust to work on my home. Owner did offer to remediate after I complained.Bought a house used them for mold remediation (through my realtors suggestion)work requested:*Downspout extension to take moisture away from house*repair foundation vents damaged screens prop open vents*Remove mold (attic/crawlspace), apply EPA antimicrobial mold remediation spray*Clean out gutters*Rehang backwards installed floor insulation in crawlspace=Communication with this company was spotty at best. Showed up without scheduling. Mold remediation was not completed and not fully removed. I guess they thought the homeowner wouldn't crawl under the house to check their work. Not happyService: Home renovations

Clean Air provided a crawlspace inspection during due diligence. John provided a detailed report regarding downspouts, water intrusion, moisture levels, organic growth, and duct work. The report came with itemized costs for the issues. When a subsequent structural inspection found additional issues (outside the scope of John's inspection), John promptly provided estimates for those repairs as well.
