The ladies at the the counter were friendly and professional, as well as the lady who took us to the back. Dr. A was phenomenal, I could tell that she takes her job seriously, also I like how she may say something random unapologetically. We all love Dr. Philbrick and his wonderful staff. He is very thorough and meticulous so don't expect a quick in and out visit. Dr. Philbrick cares about his patients and their eye health. Theresa, Carol and Cheryl are great staff. I always enjoy my appointments.“
