As someone who tends toward getting light-headed and fainting, she was very attentive and present, making sure I felt okay and did not get light-headed at all. She was very communicative and mindful, and I would highly recommend her! I will be using her for any labs I need in the future.“

“I had a hearing issue with my left ear. went to 3 different doctors and took several different medicines, didn't work at all. finally i gave a try with this place. an asian doctor named 'Ji' took less 5 mins and prescribed a week of medicine. my hearing recovered right after the first day of medicine. so grateful..“

“This is a walk in orthopedic clinic that I had not been to before. I went here because I had an obvious broken wrist and two other facilities (Raleigh Orthopedic and Cary Orthopedic) could not work me in. One of these two facilities has serviced our entire family for many years, so you can imagine my disappointment. I had an EXCELLENT experience at Wake and will only go there for any future needs. A walk in orthopedic urgent care is a great concept and shows that Wake truly cares about the patient’s needs. Everyone there was very caring and attentive! I went there, was casted and back home within an hour!“
“I've been there and taken my son there with insurance was pricey. We were given the right antibiotics but if you a good MD then you won't have to pay at all more then likely they coded it wrong across the board. So if you need fast care go to your doctor and make sure they are doing their job efficiently and correctly. Not a hard job just keep people on the right prescriptions especially if they are trying to help you out!“

“My 2.5-year-old son had a terrible accident yesterday with a fall that resulted in a large cut on his forehead that required staples. I wasn't able to schedule an immediate appointment online, but I scheduled one at the soonest time available to me (also, I wanted to get all of my insurance info in the system so I didn't have to do so much paperwork later). Even though I didn't have the earliest time and this was an urgent problem, I drove as quickly as I could over. Upon walking in, the receptionist immediately noticed the large bandage I had on my son's head and asked if it was a head injury that was bleeding. I told them, "yes", and she immediately opened the door to let us back. We went into a prepared room and the staff quickly came in to check his vitals and inspect his injury. The doctor on call was incredibly friendly and took such great care to keep my son occupied with his stethoscope and extra ear tool while he checked him out. We were in and out within about 45 minutes. I'm so thankful that the staff was so quick to see him and how well they treated him. I will definitely be coming back for any other urgent care needs.“

“Came from Pittsboro (as a walk-in) on New Year’s Day, after being turned away by numerous other urgent care facilities closer to me. I was in and out in less than 90 minutes.These poor reviews are shocking — if you expect small talk and other niceties, you’re at the wrong place. The staff was professional, efficient, and got me on my way in no time, and with a treatment plan that I trust. Thank you to everyone at this location!“
“We did not even realize this urgent care was near to our house.. we went in the evening on Saturday evening around 5:30 pm..We did not wait much and was seen immediately.. the provide was very nice and polite.. and provided the correct treatment.. it took some time for the treatment but all was good at the end..The place is big when compared to other urgent cares I have seen.. the front desk people were also really nice and helpful..Before we got treatment i asked to to run my insurance to see they were in network and luckily they were..Overall we have a good experience…“

“My family has been seen here several times and we have always been pleased with the care we have received. I came in today and once again had a great experience. Nicole, who checked me in at the front desk, was very sweet and personable. The nurse who first saw me, Beth, was also very kind and friendly. While gathering my information she took the time to listen and ask questions and made sure that she had everything she needed. I was then seen by the PA, Dwain. He was extremely compassionate and understanding. He was very thorough and took time to explain my diagnosis and to answer all of my questions. While I was a bit anxious about my symptoms when I came in, Dwain was very reassuring and I left feeling very confident in the diagnosis and care I received. In the several times we have been here, we have always been impressed with how kind and professional everyone is. We have never had any issues. While I always hope to not need an urgent care, if I do I will definitely be returning here.“
