This is a walk in orthopedic clinic that I had not been to before. I went here because I had an obvious broken wrist and two other facilities (Raleigh Orthopedic and Cary Orthopedic) could not work me in. One of these two facilities has serviced our entire family for many years, so you can imagine my disappointment. I had an EXCELLENT experience at Wake and will only go there for any future needs. A walk in orthopedic urgent care is a great concept and shows that Wake truly cares about the patient’s needs. Everyone there was very caring and attentive! I went there, was casted and back home within an hour!

I have been going to WakeMed Urgent Care in Cary for years now. I actually prefer it over the time it takes to get in with primary care even if it is more expensive because I’m in and out. Every provider has always spent time and has compassion and do not ever seem rushed. The latest provider, Anna. It was a super emotional day for me (spending time aggravated with my post ear infection issues while being alone with my thoughts of the approaching memorial birthday of my kiddo who passed didn’t help me in this day I eventually carried myself in to be seen). Recently took my 89 yo mother bc of an increasing, persistent, unproductive nighttime cough. Anna carefully listened to our concerns and my mother's breathing. Ordered an X-ray which confirmed pneumonia and fluid in pleural cavity, resulting in five day hospital treatment. So thankful for this PA!
