“I had the privilege of working with Malanie as my physical therapist, and she has been absolutely amazing. We focused on my shoulders, tennis elbow, and lower back, and her expertise has been invaluable. Malanie is incredibly detailed in explaining body mechanics, which not only helps in understanding the root cause but also builds confidence in the recovery process. Her knowledge and skills in strength training are exceptional, and she truly tailors each session to meet individual needs. I can’t recommend her enough!“

“Andy was amazing and super helpful with my shoulder injury. I was experiencing some pain and discomfort after an injury and was consulting different specialties. Andy's insights and recommendations helped clarify the problem move in the right direction. He was kind enough to offer free consultation before any therapy. I would highly recommend him for any PT.“

“Jessie was recommended to me. I have seen many physical therapists over the years, and Jessie stands out among them. I have dealt with chronic bursitis for years and had accepted my fate. Not anymore! Jessie offered a treatment for the bursitis, and I am pain-free. Jessie knows her stuff, and I highly recommend her.“

Thrive Physical Therapy, Inc. Physical Therapists

“I have been going to Erin for my hips on and off since 2023. She is amazing at what she does and so knowledgeable about everything! She treats you as an individual and cares for you, instead of just being a number and a name at another physical therapy facility. I am a pre professional ballerina and dance 6 days a week. I recently was diagnosed with hip dysplasia & was referred to a different physical therapist through the orthopedic surgeon. I was making zero progress. I felt it was best to go back to Erin, even though our insurance doesn’t cover it. She understands my needs as a dancer, listens to me and has helped decrease my pain in just three sessions. I feel so much better dancing now, with a lot less pain in my hips. I highly recommend her for any needs anyone has!!“

Team Care Physical Therapy Physical Therapists

“"Four visits should do it," Jon Weinberg confidently said during my first visit to Team Care Physical Therapy. I thought, "Yeah, right. This guy is nuts!" After years of persistent back issues, the idea that they could resolve quickly--let alone in four visits--seemed impossible.

Turns out, I was wrong. Two weeks after my fourth visit, my back feels fantastic. I'm back to splitting wood (using a hydraulic splitter--hey, I'm 68 years old, so let's not get ahead of ourselves), which involves a lot of bending and lifting. If I feel soreness creeping in, a few quick McKenzie exercises work like magic--everything shifts back into place, and the soreness disappears.

I stick to the prescribed exercises daily, and not only is my back holding up, but my posture has improved too. I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

Jon and his team are true professionals who make you feel at ease from the start. Their enthusiasm for the McKenzie Method isn't hype--it's supported by years of research, evidence, and clinical practice. For me, though, it's the real patient success stories that resonate most. Count me in as a believer. Thanks to Jon Weinberg and the Team Care Physical Therapy crew, I'm living proof that this approach works.“
