Jon helped me recover from a painful case of sciatica, and persistent shoulder/neck pain. As a former college and NFL athlete I’ve worked through a lot of injuries and I really appreciated Jon’s approach which targeted the cause of pain, and not just the symptoms. Jon created a program of exercises for me which I could do at home or throughout the day and after a few weeks I was pain free, with drastically improved neck mobility. I highly recommend his team…thanks for getting me back on track Jon!

I was referred to Team Care PT by a family friend, and boy am I grateful for it! Jon and Josh were super knowledgeable and took their time to help with a back issue that I had been dealing with on and off for years. In less than 6 weeks I was back to normal where other PT and chiropractic practices couldn’t help after months and months of visits.

I went to 3 other physical therapists for the same back issue over a span of nearly 2 years. I worked with Jon for less than 3 months and I finally have no pain and full range of motion! I can not say enough good things about his therapy methods and knowledge of his practice. I really appreciated getting to work with him and enjoyed my therapy sessions thoroughly.
