“I have been working with Kim since November 2019. At that point, I had been working out for a couple years on my own but felt like I needed guidance from a professional to reach my goals. “I haven't done any type of work out in years until this past weekend. This class was great. It's good for starters and people that have been training for years . (you go at your own pace and chose your own weights) Jeremy did really good encouraging you to keep going and not letting u cut your self short. I recommend this class to anyone. If you don't like classes he offers one on one training as well.“
“After three leg surgeries in three years: torn Achilles, torn meniscus, and total hip replacement, I still walked with a limp and had trouble getting up from a seated position. I had pretty much given up on ever getting back to any sort of normal life. I have been seeing Taylor since February, and the difference she has made in my strength and balance is amazing. I can get up from a seat without pushing off with my hands. I can step up without needing a handrail. These sound like simple things, but I have been unable to do them for more than three years!Taylor is aware of my physical and mental limitations. She gives me the gentle nudge to overcome them. Other trainers I have had did not take the time to get to know me, and I did not find the same level of success with them. I am having total knee replacement this spring. Taylor is working with me to strengthen the muscles around the knee in hopes I will make a quicker recovery. I see myself continuing to work with Taylor even after I return to my former level of fitness. Her belief that all of us can achieve wellness no matter our age or beginning fitness level has made me believe I can recover and be as active as I want to be as I get older.“
