After my insurance tried to pull one over me, i decided to reach out to NICS. Nick and Preston went above and beyond to get me way more for claim. They handle all the paperwork and dispute with their legal team and handle all types of insurance claims across the Carolinas. The took care of everything and made this process so stress free. I had fought with my insurance own my own for a year. I decided that I needed the professionals to come in and take the stress out of my hands. I highly recommend this company! I have major water/sewage damage to my home and NICS is now helping me. They call and check in with me, they take the time to explain things clearly to me. Actual work has not been started on my home so I will review again once all work is complete. But the initial meetings I have had with them I feel confident giving them 5 stars on communication with the homeowners and they are very detailed about what to expect for the future.
