Called them with a leak. They responded immediately, sent someone out to inspect the damage and fixed it the same day. Super responsive, friendly, thorough. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Would definitely recommend them to anyone with roofing needs.
These guys were super quick to respond to an inquiry I submitted about having a leak in my roof repaired. They did a very thorough job in researching where the leak was and what needed to be done to make sure it was repaired correctly. A little back story, my roof began leaking two and a half years ago and another company repaired it. Fast forward to now it had started leaking again in what appeared to be the same place. After calling several places that were completely booked I managed to get one to come out and inspect. I was informed that they only found a small hole and caulked it. Elite Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. Every step was very efficient from getting an estimate all the way through the last step of talking to their representative who checked in with us after the work was complete. The materials arrived on time and work started promptly after. The workmen were very efficient, skilled, and did a fantastic job of cleaning up afterward!
