Technician called before scheduled appointment to ask if he could come earlier. It was fine with us. He was thorough, communicated clearly about services he performed on our unit, was polite and professional. And was finished BEFORE the scheduled appointment was to start. That was helpful wrt our schedule.

Great service! Dwayne came early, finished the job well, and gave good insight on what the next couple of years would like with replacement options when the time came.
