Preston came through in a pinch (& the bitter cold!) to help restore heat to our house. He even showed my husband how to fix the problem in the future! Great service and reasonably priced (esp for an emergency call!).

Preston is on time for appointments with excellent communication and a very straightforward businessman who takes pride in his work. I feel so fortunate to have him as our AC service and repair person. He serviced our AC and was kind enough to point out that our run capacitor was ending its life span and replaced it with a new one. I appreciate the fact he is proactive and saved us AC down time in the future if the capacitor quit working.
