“If we could give 10 stars we would! We had extensive issues that were misdiagnosed by four other local HVAC companies as minor problems during the hottest time of the year. After spending close to $2,000.00 on unresolved misdiagnosed problems, a friend recommended Four Seasons. Four Seasons responded to our call for help the same day. Their HVAC tech came out and was very professional and attentive to what our concerns were. He thoroughly inspected our unit and asked another tech to come out and confirm what he supected to be the issue. Once he made the diagnosis, we received an estimate for the repairs. The estimate was carefully and clearly written and reviewed with us. Once we agreed to the repairs, a team of guys came to complete the work. They did a wonderful job keeping our home clean by laying drop cloths and cleaning up after themselves along the way. We almost never had any questions about what was taking place because they comminicated throughout the process as to what was happening. We couldn't be more pleased with the level of customer service we received. From the lady who answered our call at the front desk to the team of guys who serviced and repaired our unit gave the same quality of customer service the entire time.
