The design, colors, and upgraded quality of materials was a plus. One of the manager's (Adam) was very professional and accommodating. I have called him regarding some minor issues that come with a new build (low water pressure in the kitchen, issue with the electrical plug for the dryer, etc.) and he made sure the issues were fully corrected within 24 hours. I also brought up the fact that the yard could stand to be "raked" due to some areas being depressed from the rain and people walking on it prior to closing, Adam assured me when the next door yard is gone over he will have those areas in my yard done as well.
