From my first phone conversation with Domingo Isasi, an experienced professional with an MBA from Wake Forest University, I was pleased to learn that I was dealing with someone whose first and last concern is to meet the client’s needs and expectations.Despite their other commitments, including a complete rebuild right on my block, Domingo, and his business partner, Jose Londono, an engineer, were always responsive, always on schedule, and gave us back a home that far exceeds what I imagined it could ever look like.J & L “overbuilds,” meaning that they don’t just come in and patch things up. In our case, they literally demolished and re-engineered walls to create new features that I really wanted – a vaulted ceiling, a more dramatic fireplace, and a deck off the living room.Our prior experience with building a home taught us a lot about craftsmanship and materials.
