I've been training with him twice a week for two years, increasing my upper body strength substantially ( which is one goal), as well as improving my balance and flexibility. Over 40+ years of using massage to stay in the game I have not met anyone better than Lal. He is effective. He listens, he advises and he cares. “I've thoroughly enjoy training at Empower. I was coming off an injury and decided to give Empower a try per the advice of my doctor to seek training/rehab of some type. Cody assessed my condition and developed a really solid path to recovery. Training/rehab is tough so don't think it's going to be a cake walk when you join - they are SERIOUS about fitness. Though I have to admit the fitness challenges were fun to compete in on a side note. Parking is generous, location is super convenient, the facilities are uber clean and modern. Get it in!!!“

“Firstly, the folks at KMR are very friendly, I was surprised at how much so. I enjoy going to both the regular and fitness classes . My opinion on what they focus on is technique, fitness, and being aggressive. Some people might not understand the importance of the last part, but I feel it fits into the “whole” of what they are about.“
