“Good place for dry cleaning! It is a bit pricy. I had a bridesmaid dress cleaned here and it was $21.50. I was expecting $10-$15, but I don't often dry clean my clothes. I dropped it off on a Monday and the receipt mentioned to pick it up Wednesday after 4 pm. The ladies working the counter were both friendly and helpful. Plus they have a convenient drive thru on the side of the building. I like that they do all the cleaning in house rather than transporting it to a different location. However, the employees working the day you pick up your items may not be the ones that cleaned it. I ran into this when i returned. Although the dress was cleaned, it was not pressed since the employee who originally cleaned it thought they did not get all the spots. When I returned Thursday to pick it up, we reviewed the dress and it looked spotless. I was going to take it then, but she asked if I could return a different day to pick it up so that they could press it. I returned the following week to pick it up. The dress was clean, pressed, and beautiful. I appreciate the additional time they took on it even though it was inconvenient to visit an additional time (a call or text would have been preferred). Overall, I had a good experience here and recommend this dry cleaners to others!“

“A couple of these bad reviews make zero sense. I have been going there for 5 years. The two times I had a challenge they were fair and took care of me. They do great work. Make sure if you want starch tell them. They will even fix a button for you!“

“Staff is nice. The prices weren't posted anywhere & it cost almost $100 to dry clean 7 pieces of clothing, which was an unpleasant surprise to me. The staff said that is fairly standard pricing for that level of cleaning. Most of my items will be going to a bargain cleaner bc the cost is high to me, but no complaints about the actual service - staff was friendly, drop off was easy, there's 24 hr drop off option & my items look great. My only issue is the lack of transparency with pricing & I'm sure they would have told me the rates if I had asked.“
