I have to give a shout out to Brian. I dropped off a dress that I purchased at Banana Republic over a year ago. It was one of my favorites. The red dye bled, keep in mind we’ve used them for 10 years and the service has only been excellent. He was able to track down the same dress, I don’t know how. It was so kind and thoughtful. Customer service doesn’t get any better!!!

Without reservation, the BEST!I have used Hi-Tech since 2006 and have never been disappointed. The best, nicest people, the best service, the best results. In fact I had a shirt that was somehow separated from the batch I dropped off. Since it was a shirt I wore very seldom it wasn’t noticed missing for months. One day on my weekly visit I just happened to ask if they happened to see it. Right away they knew the shirt and were so happy they found the owner. I love these folks, give them a chance to win you over.

Owners are so friendly and knowledgeable. Also the only place in the area that does leather/suede cleaning on-site, so it’s much more affordable and your items won’t be shipped around everywhere. The best!
