T1 Construction did an amazing job to my screen patio. The first guy I hired to build my porch did a bum job and left my hanging with an unfinished patio. T1 came out immediately and not only finished the patio but fix everything the first guy screwed up. He did a great job! Very neat and professional work. He also did a deck platform for my gezebo to sit on.

Although I've known Heather for years, I had to move my horses here due to the closure of my barn in Cary. Despite the longish drive from my house, I am thoroughly satisfied with the overall experience, making the drive genuinely worthwhile. The arena is spacious, the horses receive top-notch care, and I am particularly fond of the staff and lessons. In essence, my overall experience has been truly rewarding.

My roof had damage from a nasty recent storm. They met me the same day I discovered it, at the time discussed for an estimate. Mr Rodriguez was very friendly and helpful and great for pricing. He came the next day at the time discussed, right on time. For 17 years we have been full-time RV'rs and we were having a problem with some of our 12v lighting working and some were not working. I called and they scheduled an appointment for the following morning. Prior to them arriving I found the issue and was able to resolve the problem myself. I called to cancel the service and found out they were already half way here, so I offered to compensate them for their time and fuel. They said don't worry about it, and thanked me for calling to cancel.
