Great Experience purchasing pool fro. US1Pool. Felt received a fair price and Tonnie was excellent to deal with. We bought all the components for 15x30 Aquasport 52 pool had them and went with oxygen pool system shipped to us as we were installing pool ourselves. We pulled all of our permits buried pool semi in ground. Tonnie returned phone calls through process and it went very well…..almost a year later had a problem with oxygen generator and got us new one sent out same day! So we recently moved to Louisburg from Knightdale. We had a pool at our other house and we wanted a pool when we moved here. Thinking that we might not get a pool until next year (2025) we were told by our new neighbors to check out US-1 pools. So we called US-1 pools and actually had an appointment to see them in January (2024). Tonni and Alan kindly talked to us about what we wanted and they talked about a couple of different options. 45 minutes later we knew what we wanted and the price was pretty much what we thought it would be. Love the owners and staff. Every time I come here I get an education. The owners go out of their way to make sure you get everything you need and know exactly what you need to do to make your pool perfect. I genuinely look forward to my trips in to the store for chemicals. These New Yorkers know their stuff and are happy to share all of their knowledge with their customers.
