“We bought all new windows and doors, for our home, from this Hendersonville Window & Door Specialties (W&DS). Roy, the sales representative, was very nice, if sometimes a bit nonchalant. We got bids from the big-box stores, Lowe’s, Home Depot, and Window World and their price was comparable. Therefore, we chose W&DS because we felt that doing business with a local community business was important. There were some schedule changes, but that is to be expected, and we were kept informed throughout. The most impressive aspect of doing business with W&DS was their installers. They were hard working people, who lived in the community, were incredibly conscientious, and highly qualified. Our house was built in the 1960s, and so there were many challenges. Yet, they patiently worked through all of them. I encourage anyone who needs people that find solutions, instead of offering excuses, to use W&DS.“
