Window World of Asheville

This is the second time that we have used Window World for replacement windows. They did all of our regular windows in the past, but this time we had to have the huge triangle and square shaped windows in our log home replaced. That was a big undertaking. They did an absolutely excellent job, and made sure that we were totally satisfied. I would highly recommend them to anyone if you want a business that stands behind their work, and makes customer satisfaction their priority.

We have been replacing windows in stages, having started with a major home improvement chain. After some issues with our order that were ultimately addressed after much time and conversation, we decided move on and to give Window world of Asheville our next round of business. Our experience has been much more positive. All of the people with who. We have interacted have been personable, responsible, competent, and true to their word. We did experience one problem with a window, and Denise Spachman worked with us to make sure that we will get the right window on our project schedule. She has been terrific to work with throughout the process

Kenneth, Carlos and crew were all great to work with. Kenneth kept in touch the entire process - answering all questions. He kept me updated on times the day of installation and checked in at the end of the day to see how everything was going. Carlos and his crew arrived on schedule and completed the job within one day. All were very professional and courteous. Thank you Window World! I love the windows. Highly recommend this group.
