I wrote a review 4 years ago praising this place and to this day they still have my praises. I went to Petco 2 months ago to set up a fish tank and I would have to say I've been back at least 20 times between buying more supplies, having them check my water, asking questions, and even adding new tanks. Every single time I've come in they do not hesitate to help assist me. I would like to shout out to the employees who have gone above and beyond no matter how many times they have dealt with me. Literally one of the best experiences I've ever had walking into a store. I needed help finding some pumpkin wet nose treats for my dogs and the cashier at the front directed me right to them. And when I came back to check out she mentioned I had a total of $45 dollars in pal rewards and helped me load all of them through my app. She was very knowledgeable and sweet. The receipt says I was helped by Shaylin. So thank you for the great customer service.

Vetco saves those of us with healthy pets, whom just need vaccines. The only downfall is that the vet is different all the time, so you miss out on the "oh my gosh *pets name* is getting so big!"
