“Ty (owner of Royalty Auto Spa) came highly recommended to me, so I gave him a call to see if he could help address the headlight housing “fog" and hazy spots on the windshield of my older vehicle. After an introduction and background of what possible solutions he could offer, he asked me to come to the shop to have a look in person and provided an on-the-spot summary of all the issues he saw and what he could do to fix them. He was patient with my questions and took the time to provide the technical explanations I was looking for. I decided to give him a chance, and I’m glad I did. Once we agreed on a scope of work, Ty and his crew performed that work exactly as agreed, at the cost that was estimated, and well within the time promised. Ty is a consummate professional with a friendly demeanor and never tried to push me into anything, he just provided all the options and his honest recommendations. If there were aspects of the job that were best suited to another business (for example a body shop in the case of severe dents), he was open and up-front about it.<br>In regards to the work I had done to my vehicle, there were no hidden costs or unplanned work involved, and even though the job I requested was a minor one compared to the scale of work the shop is capable of, I was treated like a valued customer throughout the process and Ty was excellent about calling/messaging me with updates. A lot of small business owners could learn a thing or two about customer service from Ty. I was very pleased with the results of the work I requested, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this business!“

I knew my husband's car was a disaster but didn't think mine was all that bad. Was I wrong!
